Hello, my names is James. I am a qualified teacher from the U.K. with 25 years experience. I have taught English to all age groups (primary, secondary and adults). I have worked in several different countries, including England, Cambodia, the United Arab Emirates, Ethiopia and Malawi. I like to travel and experience different cultures. Nelson Mandela once said: “Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world.” I believe this quote is true and I always try to encourage my students to achieve their full potential. I have taught both English as a first language and English as a foreign language in schools and language academies. I also have experience teaching online, including preparing students for IELTS exams. I have a Bachelor’s degree in English and I also have a TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) certificate. I enjoy teaching both children and adults. My lessons are always interactive and include active learning techniques. I feel privileged to be a teacher.
